“Terri has listened, fixed and adapted to our wishes”

A customer focus, responsiveness and quick solutions.
These are some of the reasons why Brasab Skog in Vittsjö now runs two new Terri 3 machines.
– We have high demands on our machines, and Terri lives up to them, says Stefan Karlsson at Brasab.

For the team from Göinge, it is very much about first thinning – it all started with the many clear-fellings after Storm Gudrun. Now there is a lot of thinning work ahead, and that calls for agile forest machines that can take on the job without any problems.
– We had a Terri 34C before, so we knew what it was all about when we contacted them about new machines, says Stefan.

It did not take many weeks after a first test drive before Brasab made the decision. Twice over, in fact. Today the company runs both a new harvester, the Terri 3HW, and a new forwarder, the Terri 3FW. The forwarder has been in operation for about six months and the harvester arrived this spring.
– The harvester has a stronger crane thanks to the new slewing housing, and the new harvester head, the LM 2000T, is really good. It suits me, as I am passionate about thinning, says Stefan.

Strong, robust machines and the proximity to Älmhult were some of the reasons for investing in two new machines. But Stefan also wants to add good relationships and a strong commitment to the customer.
– Brasab serves forest owners and landowners who want smaller machines that do a good job, sometimes even on wetlands, says Stefan.
– Terri has listened, fixed and adapted to our wishes. Those are arguments that carry at least as much weight when making a purchase.
