Terms of delivery
We deliver our goods 7 to 10 working days after receiving your order.
Shipping is always added to the invoice. We only charge for net shipping with DHL. If you would like shipping by your own agreement, we can also provide consignee freight.
Right of return
Faulty garments must always be returned for assessment and action. If the fault is approved, the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed. Faulty garments that are not approved will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Exchanges and returns must be received by Prevox within 30 days, and be returned by DHL, Postnord or Schenker. The sender pays for return shipping. Prevox is responsible for return shipping of returns that are due to Prevox, such as incorrect location and/or incorrect product selection. Contact Prevox customer service for a return slip.
Products that are not returned in their original packaging, or for some reason cannot be returned to stock without special actions, will not be credited and will be returned at the customer’s expense. This also applies to returns that are missing handling documents.
The recipient is responsible for ensuring that the delivery is checked and corresponds to the order documentation.
The normal processing time for exchanges and returns is approximately five working days after receipt of delivery.
