When you meet Magnus Nilsson, Terri’s production manager, it is clear that you are facing someone with both experience and passion. With a career spanning almost two decades, Magnus has an impressive background in production management, which has given him the tools he needs to navigate the dynamic world of manufacturing successfully.

Being involved in planning and building up Terri’s production in new premises from scratch was an exciting challenge for Magnus, who brought solid experience in machine manufacturing from a previous company. With more than 13 years of experience, he was well equipped for the task and has since been an important part of the Terri team. Helping to establish the operations in the new premises has given him a sense of satisfaction and pride in his work.

But for Magnus, it is not all about work. His passion also extends to nature and outdoor activities, especially hunting. Spending time in the forest or on his farm gives him a sense of calm and recovery.

As a leader at Terri, Magnus is an advocate of openness and approachability towards his staff. He believes in being present and visible to create an atmosphere of trust and collaboration. His ability to listen and to take pleasure in the successes of others has made him a valued leader and colleague. “The machines themselves aren’t my great interest,” he says with a laugh. “The people, on the other hand, are the key to successful production in a company, and that is what I am truly passionate about.”

Magnus Nilsson is not only a driven leader but also a passionate person, whose dedication to both his work and his interests shines through. A detail he rarely talks about is that he became the southern Swedish champion in clay pigeon shooting in 2002.
