Ola Salomonsson’s connection to Terri goes deep into his history. With a father who co-founded Alfing, industrial activity has always been a natural part of his life. After starting his career as a welder, Ola moved into spare parts sales in 2013, a transition that would prove to be a perfect fit.

“It’s like I’ve come home,” says Ola as he reflects on his time at Terri. “There’s something about the atmosphere here – it feels safe and familiar.”

With more than two decades of experience, Ola has seen the company change and develop. From the early days at Alfing to today’s modern Terri, he has been through most of it. His daily work as a spare parts salesman means navigating a wide range of challenges, from managing customer relationships to making sure the machines run smoothly.

“The best thing about my job is the variety,” explains Ola. “No two days are the same, and I love the daily customer contact.”

But it is not just working life that brings Ola joy. In his free time he turns into an adventurous motorcyclist, eager to explore the roads of Europe. Together with his partner, he puts on his helmet and sets off on long trips, sometimes as far as the glamorous streets of Monaco. “Riding a motorcycle is my passion,” says Ola with a smile. “It’s my escape from everyday life, and I really enjoy every moment on the road.”

As Ola continues to navigate the ups and downs of working life and enjoys his motorcycle expeditions, one thing is certain – his commitment to Terri and his love for his work are stronger than ever. For him, every day is a new opportunity to continue his lifelong journey at this long-established company.
