MATILDA HÄLLSTRÖM

At the heart of Terri’s electrical department we find Matilda Hällström, a 27-year-old with a passion for precision and order. After a few years as a laser operator at Alfing, where she enjoyed cutting out sheet metal parts, she was attracted by the opportunity to start working at Terri, and since September 2023 she has been an important part of the team.

In Terri’s electrical department, Matilda works side by side with her colleague Rebecka, and together they route and connect all the electrics in Terri’s forestry machines. With her eye for detail and her meticulous approach, Matilda strives to bring order to everything she takes on.

But Matilda’s contribution to the workplace goes far beyond her technical skills. She is known for her ability to spread a good atmosphere and joy among her colleagues. A sociable person who started her working life at the checkout at Konsum, she has a natural talent for including everyone and making them feel welcome and happy at work.

For Matilda, the best thing about her job is not just the tasks themselves but also the sense of community with her colleagues. She praises her manager and feels hugely appreciated and well looked after as an employee at Terri. Going to work every day is a joy for her, and she considers this the best job she has ever had.

In her free time, Matilda doesn’t find much pleasure in being away from work. She jokingly admits: “When the weekend comes, what I look forward to most is Monday coming round again, because I think it’s so much fun coming here.” But when she is not at work, she enjoys interior decorating, cosy times with her cat and spending time with friends and family. A little secret Matilda shares is that caviar and cheese are a surprisingly good combination, and that one of the things she enjoys most, apart from her work at Terri, is standing in her kitchen at home decorating cupcakes.
