TINA HAMMARSTRÖM

Datum: 20 October 2026

Craftsmanship, community and the simple life.

Stepping into Tina’s world is a bit like travelling back in time, but in the best possible way.

She lives on a small farm with roots going back to the 19th century, with the forest and the animals as her closest neighbours.
Here, food is cooked on a wood-burning stove, bread is baked at the heart of the cottage and the buildings are given new life by her own hands. Carpentry, renovation and taking on new projects are part of everyday life, and nature is always close.

The old, simple way of life is close to her heart. Holidays at luxury hotels hold no appeal; instead, she likes to head to Tiveden National Park or to new places in Sweden where cottage life and nature bring peace.

Her path to Terri went through various jobs in industry, and from the very beginning she felt that was where she belonged. Once she landed at Terri, everything fell into place. Here she gets to do what she appreciates most: working with her hands, varying her tasks and constantly being challenged. One day engines, the next day hoods or cranes – no two days are the same, and that is exactly what makes the job fun.

But the work is not just about assembly. For Tina, it is the sense of community that makes the difference. She describes her colleagues as unique, and her managers receive equally warm words: “colleagues and managers as good as the ones here are unbeatable.”

It is precisely the creating, the variety and the teamwork that make her enjoy it.
To anyone thinking about starting at Terri, the message is clear: here you will find a well-organised workplace, great colleagues and a feeling that you actually look forward to Mondays.

She ends with: “if nobody laughs for a whole hour, something is wrong.”
